Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage monthly advertising budgets across all platforms including Google Search, Google Shopping, Social media (Facebook, Instagram).
• Execute and evaluate e-commerce advertising campaigns, especially on platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
• Oversee and optimize Google Merchant Center listings to support Shopping Ads and e-commerce visibility.
• Maintain and update business listings and content on Google Maps to ensure visibility.
• Track, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console...
• Maintain and update website content according to the marketing plan.
• Stay up-to-date with AI advertising opportunities, and support the team in leveraging AI-based tools when available.
• Provide regular reports on
digital marketing performance and suggest areas for improvement.
• Contribute to content creation for digital channels including website, fanpage, Instagram.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the SEO specialist to support and implement SEO strategies effectively.
• Other tasks as assigned by General Operation Manager.
• Good communication in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Trading/Marketing/Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 1-2 year of experience in digital marketing (experience in F&B, equipment, e-commerce, or B2B is a plus).
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva or Figma, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, SEMrush.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills - able to coordinate effectively with design, content, and sales teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive mindset, and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for coffee and coffee industry.
