Advertising Execution & Optimization (Performance Marketing) - 50%
Directly set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across: FacebookAds, Google Ads (mainly Search), Zalo Ads.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost efficiency and ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics, including: CPC, CTR, CPA,Conversion Rate
Lead volume and lead quality (in coordination with sales/medical teams).
Continuously test and optimize targeting, creatives, keywords, bidding strategies, andlanding pages.50 %
Tracking, Measurement & Data Analysis - 15%
Set up and manage tracking systems, including: Google Analytics (GA4), Google TagManager (basic level), Conversion tracking (form submissions, phone calls, Zalo clicks,inbox messages).
Analyze user behavior on websites and landing pages.
Evaluate performance by channel, campaign, and healthcare service category.
Reporting & Performance Optimization - 15%
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Analyze performance fluctuations and identify root causes.
Propose optimization strategies for budget allocation, campaigns, and channels basedon data insights.
Cross-team Collaboration - 5%
Work closely with content, design, and medical teams to improve landing pages andadvertising messages.
Support other
digital marketing tasks as assigned by the manager.
