Job Objectives:
Operate and optimize
digital marketing tools
Develop and manage online marketing campaigns
Ensure campaigns are executed accurately, completely, and on schedule
Job Description:
Conduct market research and analyze user behavior to develop suitable marketing plans
Manage campaign progress and coordinate with internal teams (Product, Design, Content, Social) to ensure campaign quality
Track and analyze campaign performance weekly, including product performance, voucher effectiveness, and promotional campaigns
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data analysis and performance trends
Propose strategies to attract users and improve future marketing plans
Yêu cầu
At least 6 months of experience in Digital Marketing or online campaign-related roles
Proficient in using the Internet for research and information gathering
Ability to read, understand, and write in English
Familiar with using AI agents and AI tools to improve work efficiency
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Good teamwork and brainstorming skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with team members
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
