- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media channels and all online channels including third party websites, OTA's.
- Launch optimized online adverts through GDN, social media, etc. to increase company and brand awareness with an appointed digital agency.
- Be actively involved in SEO and SEM.
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Measure performance of digital marketing channels on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Creative, innovative and aware of technology trends in the travel industry
- Maintain consistency and brand presence on all online channels
- Track online reputation and update brand website for the both hotels.
- Stimulate support and development of the online strategy within the hotels
- Other tasks and responsibilities are assigned by Director of Marketing and Communications and Director of Sales & Marketing.
