Digital Operations Specialist

Location: Handico Tower Pham Hung, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi
Role Overview
SmartOSC is seeking a Digital Ops Specialist to coordinate daily marketplace operations across stakeholders, from seasonal sell-in and order/shipment tracking to reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, resolving operational issues, and keeping marketplace stores and processes running smoothly.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
Coordinate daily marketplace requests across stakeholders.
Support seasonal sell-in, including product lists, materials, assortment, orders, and publishing, ensuring data accuracy.
Track shipments, orders, invoices, claims, credit notes, and payments; reconcile discrepancies and escalate issues.
Conduct marketplace store and product quality checks.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign reports; consolidate KPIs and highlight key insights and risks.
Maintain SOPs, checklists, and handover materials for recurring processes.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, and account coordination.
Strong understanding of third-party marketplace operations and product data management.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent).
Experience in sports, fashion, retail, or customer service is a plus.
