Mô tả công việc
Support the Digital Marketing team in managing and developing content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
Assist in creating and adapting social media content, including captions, short-form videos, photos and basic visual materials, in line with brand guidelines.
Research social media trends, content formats, trending topics, hashtags and competitor activities to support content planning.
Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
Support the execution of social media campaigns, promotions and digital marketing activities.
Monitor social media performance and assist in preparing basic reports on reach, engagement, views and other key metrics.
Assist with community management by monitoring comments, messages and interactions on social media channels.
Perform other marketing and digital-related tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, Business Administration or a related field.
Strong interest in Digital Marketing, Social Media and Content Creation.
Basic understanding of major social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Good understanding of social media trends and content formats; able to identify engaging and relevant content ideas.
Good writing and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Basic skills in Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools are an advantage.
Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with different teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and supporting events, photoshoots or content production when required.
Previous experience in social media, content creation, marketing or a related internship is an advantage, but not required.
Strong interest in Digital Marketing, Social Media and Content Creation.
