Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets. Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field
Sales Executives; drive performance and align with company goals.
Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in logistics (airfreight, ocean freight, warehousing, distribution). Expand market penetration across key sectors and build long-term client partnerships.
Key Account Management: Oversee strategic client relationships, support complex deal negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, customer pipeline, and competitor activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to deliver seamless logistics solutions and ensure. compliance with company policies.
Collections & Compliance: Monitor payment collections and ensure adherence to contractual and legal requirements.
Requirement
Male/Female, 30-40 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong track record in managing high-value clients (SMEs and MNCs).
In-depth knowledge of Vietnam's logistics industry and integrated services.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English
Willingness to travel extensively nationwide.
