The Director of Human Resources & Administration is responsible for leading the company's people strategy and administrative operations to support business growth and organizational excellence. This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, learning & development, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and administration. The Director partners closely with the executive leadership team to build a high-performing organization and foster a strong company culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute HR & Administration strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employer branding initiatives.
• Drive organizational development, change management, and culture transformation.
• Oversee performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure market competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and corporate governance requirements.
• Lead HR operations, including HRIS, payroll coordination, employee records, and reporting.
• Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and promote a positive working environment.
• Oversee administration functions, including office management, facilities, procurement, and general services.
• Develop, mentor, and lead the HR & Administration team while driving continuous process improvement.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR advice and support business growth.

Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
• Proven experience in building HR systems, leading organizational change, and driving culture transformation.
• Experience managing compensation & benefits, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in multinational, fast-growing, or startup environments is an advantage.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in Russian, both written and spoken.
