Director of Marketing & Communications

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
At least 5-7 years of Marketing/Communications experience, Hospitality/Resort Tourism industry preferred.
Understanding of digital marketing, branding, PR, and effective marketing budget management.
Creative thinking, team leadership skills, good English communication.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and brand communication strategies for the entire Skyeth Hospitality Group system.
Manage digital marketing activities, social media, press relations, KOLs/Influencers.
Build consistent brand content and imagery across communication channels.
Plan and manage the marketing budget, measure campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations departments to drive revenue through marketing activities.
