A - Trách nhiệm chính
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the general direction of the General Manager, or his/her delegate, oversees and directs all aspects of Front Office, Recreation, Housekeeping and Laundry.
Dưới sự hướng dẫn và giám sát chung của Giám đốc điều hành và trong giới hạn của quy trình quy định và cẩm nang hướng dẫn bộ phận, giám sát và chỉ đạo tất cả các mảng vận hành của các Bộ phận Tiền sảnh, Giải trí, Buồng phòng, Giặt ủi.
B - Công việc phải thực hiện
KEY DUTIES AND TASKS
• Supervises the overall activities of Front Office, Recreation, Housekeeping and Laundry operation.
• Monitor Front Office, Recreation, Housekeeping and Laundry personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
• Monitor Front Office, Recreation, Housekeeping, Laundry and Valet personnel, and particularly guest contact personnel, to ensure repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition.
• Coordinates exchange of pertinent information between departments within the Rooms Division and direct exchange of information with other departments, notably, Sales, Engineering and Security.
• Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
• Conducts such functions as interviewing, orientation, hiring, performance appraisal, coaching, counselling, training and suspending if necessary, to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity. Consults with Department Heads, HR Manager and General Manager as appropriate.
• Identifies training needs, develops formal training plans and implements training sessions.
• Assumes overall responsibility for maintaining standards to ensure facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair and well maintained.
• Schedules and regularly conducts routine inspections of areas under his/her control.
• Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, and posture of Rooms Division employees.
• Conducts comprehensive monthly departmental meetings to include review of procedures and events, which warrant special handling and detailed information.
• Control and analyses, on an ongoing basis, Rooms Division costs to ensure performance against budget.
• Participates in the preparations of the hotel's strategic plan, marketing plan, and goals program. Prepares the Rooms Division budget.
• Monitors and controls the inventories for operating equipment and supplies.
• Communicates to the General Manager or his/her delegate, and other Department Heads, all information likely to be of interest to them.
• Monitors and controls the Rooms Division operation in the areas of revenue expenditure, profitability and performance against budget.
• Monitor and controls all operations of the Rooms Division.
• Liaise closely with the Sales Department and Food and Beverage office and all Heads of Department regarding the service and handling of incoming group, VIPs and FIT guests.
• Periodically inspect all hotel areas and building premises to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel's clientele.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent.
Applicants must be able to communicate both English and Vietnamese.
Experience:
Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role in Hotels/Resorts of International Standard.
