Mô tả công việc
Distribution Support
• Assist in preparing P&A (Prints & Advertising) plans for submission to studios for approval.
• Coordinate the preparation of reports for studios, including royalty reports.
• Support the preparation of royalty fee payment requests and follow up on film materials from studios.
Sales Support
• Send film lists and assist in client communication to finalize contracts.
• Draft and process contracts with clients, in coordination with the Legal and Finance departments.
• Track the contract signing process and payment status in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Update and maintain an accurate and complete sales database.
• Submit localization orders to the lab and monitor progress.
• Assist in checking the quality of translations and localized materials before final delivery by the lab.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in media, entertainment, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with sales or finance software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
