We are looking for a high caliber personnel to join the QBE Insurance (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, office in Ho Chi Minh.
Role:
• Identify, build, and activate new distribution channels, including agents, local brokers, and alternative partners
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with brokers, agents, and business partner
• Collaborate closely with underwriting teams to deliver the business plan and support sustainable growth
• Originate new business opportunities and actively build a strong, high-quality pipeline
• Deliver distribution initiatives with strong accountability, prioritization, and execution excellence

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of insurance market dynamics and distribution economics
- Ability to translate strategy into commercial outcomes and revenue growth

- Proven ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships

Experience & Requirements
Experience:
• Typically 5-8+ years' experience in insurance, with exposure to:
- Distribution / broker management
- Business development or production underwriting
• Strong network in local broker and/or agency markets
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or related field
• Certification of insurance issued by a professional insurance training institution is preferred.
Salary:
Negotiable depends on the qualification and experience.
