Job Summary
The District Manager is responsible for leading multi-store operations to deliver business results for the Yakiniku Like brand in Vietnam. This role ensures consistent operational excellence, sales growth, cost control, and people development across all assigned restaurants, while maintaining strict compliance with brand standards, food safety, and customer experience expectations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Operational Excellence (40%)
Ensure all stores operate according to Yakiniku Like SOPs, brand guidelines, and service standards.
Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and corrective action planning.
Monitor daily operations via reports, CCTV, and communication tools; address deviations swiftly.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety & hygiene (VSATTP), equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
B. People Leadership & Talent Development (25%)
Lead, coach, and develop
Restaurant Managers and
Assistant Managers.
Build a strong talent pipeline: oversee recruitment, training, succession planning.
Drive performance management: set targets, conduct evaluations, and manage underperformance.
Foster a positive culture aligned with Yakiniku Like values.
C. Business Performance & Financial Management (25%)
Deliver district targets: sales, guest count, controllable costs, labor productivity, and profitability.
Monitor P&L of each store; support RM to analyze variances and execute action plans.
Manage labor scheduling efficiency and cost control initiatives.
Support execution of marketing, LTO, and local sales-driving activities.
D. Customer Experience & Brand Integrity (10%)
Ensure consistently high customer satisfaction scores and online ratings.
Review customer feedback and complaints; implement recovery actions.
Ensure each restaurant delivers "fast, tasty, affordable Yakiniku experience" consistently.
