Area of responsibility:
• Overarching best practices approachs regarding the indoor service organization (Operational planning, 1St Level, 2Nd Level Support, Remote Monitoring and Orderpreparation, Materialmanagement)
• Technology and process
• Fulfillment of objectives for the region
• Cost company actual vs budget
• Business planning & Workforce management
• Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.
• comply with legal regulations, ethics and policies regarding general duties and management.
Activities:
• Derivate objectives for Departments out of region objectives, set and communicate this objectives
• Check KPI's from the sub-region vs Plan, performance tracking
• Monitor & discuss sub-region performance, success of counter measurements
• compare and discuss actual vs. Budget on department level
• Permanent optimizing of internal procedures and structures
• Close collaboration within the region
• Ensure HSE conformity
• Ensure intern development and training of staff
• Discuss and define Workload Contingent/Quota with Service Director and Head of Subregions and Workforcemanagement
• Discuss updates and retrofits and plan performance of these with HQ Global Service
Authorities:
• Decision on hiring, dismissal, performance management, appraisals and bi-annual performance reviews of HoDept. jointly with local HR
• Signing compromise agreements up to a value of xxxx€
• Decision making power and signing power in line with four eyes principle and compliance rules, in particular
- Limitation in the contract as Managing director, either named as " RULES OF PROCEDURE RELATING TO GENERAL DIRECTORS" or "action with prior approval" together with HQ Global Service
- Staffplaning and adjustments together with the Service Director
- Approving of Investment, Contracts up to a value of xxxx€, regarding the actual rules
