JOB DESCRIPTION

Employer Branding (50%)
Create recruitment-related content on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Threads to attract candidates and form a dynamic culture.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across various channels.
Support the execution of internal and external company events such as job fairs, seminars, and workshops.
Talent Acquisition (50%)
Source and attract potential candidates through various recruitment channels, social media, and networks.
Ensure the efficient operation of the ATS by inputting and organizing candidate data, converting resumes into the required format, tracking recruitment progress, and generating reports for analysis.
Perform other recruitment-related tasks as requested by the Mentor.
REQUIREMENTS
▶️ Job Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate in a related major.
Proficient in English communication.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Familiarity with social media platforms and a passion for creative content creation is a plus.
Availability for a full-time internship for at least 6 months.
