JOB DESCRIPTION
• Handle daily accounting work and full accounting, and financial works for assigned clients;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports, including: Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Foreign Contractor's Tax, and others as per set deadlines;
• Prepare advisory reports of tax issues, finance, and accounting matters when required;
• Provide guidance and feedback that contributes to the development of the Client's staff (if any);
• Deliver assigned work with attention to detail, high quality, and timely delivery;
• Prepare concise, well-written documents using appropriate business and technical language;
• Attend meetings with prospects, clients, targets' representatives, and other advisors;
• Other tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in related industries.
• A bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting would be preferable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written and verbal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Good command of accounting software (AMIS, XERO,) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Must be proactive, analytical, meticulous, organized, and reliable.
• Good EXCEL skills and familiarity with data analysis;

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Perform full accounting, financial works, payroll, PIT, and SHUI for assigned clients;
• Provide accurate and timely financial statements and management reports if required;
• Work and support with Banking activities;
• Prepare & review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports, including: Work on Statutory audit liaison, Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Personal Income Tax, SHUI, Foreign Contractor's Tax, and others as per set deadlines;
• Identify significant issues/risks for the clients from daily tasks. Propose a solution or timely raise the issues to a higher level (manager);
• Prepare and review advisory reports of tax issues, finance, and accounting matters when required;
• Deliver assigned work with attention to detail, high quality, and timely delivery;
• Maintain daily communication with clients. Answer questions and/or advise clients for basic tax and accounting compliance and effectiveness;
• Support Manager in training, managing and reviewing work of junior staff, and performing other tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
REQUIREMENTS
• More than 5 years' experience in Accounting/Tax, ideally in a consulting or service firm environment;
• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, auditing, and/or finance;
• Professional Qualification: CPA and CA certifications are required;
• Strong technical knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations, and solid exposure and understanding of international reporting;
• Strong knowledge in accounting software;
• Strong organizational, analytical thinking, communication, and multi-tasking capabilities;
• High level of teamwork, responsible and decisive;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English;
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and responsibly;
• Leadership and coaching skills.
