Mô tả công việc
- Co-operate well with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies...) to provide good service to customer & also avoid any trouble
- Effectively solve customers' complaints (if any)
- Sharing Doccuments knowledge to colleague
- Consulting to customer the proceed shipment, im- export document ( air, ocean)
- Arrange daily working for docs staff (making B/L, D/O, and other shipping documents)
- Recruitment, Training, Supervision for staff in Department
- Handle daily working related to operation and documentation
- Solving all the matters/problems related to operation jobs
- Report to Director for any irregularity

Yêu cầu
Graduated from universities belonging to economics, Marketing, Trade, Foreign trade, Maritime, Import and Export, Transportation, ..
At least 5 years of working experience in freight forwarding /Shipping Operations/ Customer services and logistics
Management Skills
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Good capability of management, presentation and communication.
Organized, responsible and good time management skill.
Able to work independently and is a quick learner.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, detail-minded, able to work under pressure.
Familiar with MS Office including Excel, Access, Outlook, Word.
Good command of both spoken & written English
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good team player and positive personality.
Immediate available preferred.
