Responsibilities
Support execution of assurance programs for high-risk domains, including planning, execution, reporting, and the development and continued optimization of program processes and practices.
Support the design and execution of controls testing and monitoring efforts to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments to identify and report risks. Prepare and present assurance related activities to internal and external executives and stakeholders.
Identify and document control deficiencies, and manage the remediation of issues and risk reviews.
Partner with other teams in Global Affairs, Product Areas (PAs) and functions to ensure a comprehensive approach to compliance.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Multi-jurisdictional Controls within tech or global companies.
Experience in compliance, risk management, or assurance.
Experience in Audit.
Experience collaborating with diverse cross-functional partner teams.
Ability to analyze fragmented inputs, synthesize key attributes and recommend/deliver effective balanced recommendations and outcomes.
Excellent project management, verbal, and written communication skills
