JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
To implement safety culture project effectively and support HSE Supervisor to maintain and improve Health and
Safety Management System.
Principal accountabilities & Key activities
• Support HSE Supervisor to collect and analyze safety reports and organize safety events/activities.
• Provides training and education (internal and external) following legal and internal requirement to
improve employees' safety awareness at work.
• Contact 3rd party to conduct safety inspections of high strict equipment to ensure that it is safe to use.
• Update new Health, Safety and Environment legal requirements and share the new requirement to
related departments.
• Prepare needed documents and set up HSE Committee Meeting every month.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports to Government as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Number of safety reports
• Number of training hour to employees
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in Safety/ Industry/ Environment
• At least 3 months of experience in H&S
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Computer literate - proficient in MS Office
• Investigation ski
• Report writing
• Communication skills
• Presentation skills
• Open minded
• Helpfulness
