We are looking for potential Intern, Import Export Officer (11-month contract) to support our amazing team with room to learn and challenge in one of the most reputed jewelry manufacturing.
Who you are:
Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, International Business or relevant majors
Any working experience in logistics or import - export is an advantage
Proficiency using Excel
Good communication in English
Willing to learn attitude
What you will do:
Following up with daily delivery plan, import plan and booking
Filing import and export document
Checking Import/Export document
Forwarding contract fee payment request
Customs Registration for hazardous waste transportation
Export shipment supervision
Sending FOC samples, documents of other Department by DHL
Temporary Import - Export shipments

Working location: Lot 204, Amata Industrial Park, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai. Shuttle bus provided from HCMC to Dong Nai.
