Translate
communication between source planner and Chinese suppliers from
English/Vietnamese to Chinese and vice versa (via email or call)
Maintain master data and proceed logistics operation on SAP as per source planner's instruction
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports of deliveries and inventories as per supervisor's request
Follow up shipments, deliveries and inventory of raw material & components.
Other admin tasks assigned by manager or supervisor
Qualifications
Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period with major in Chinese
No
working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience
in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
Knowledge in Supply Chain Management is preferred
Fluent in Chinese. Good at English (preferred)
Basic skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong attention to details, effective communication
Highly motivated in learning from work, active in asking & responding to assignment
Willing to receive feedback & take improving actions accordingly
Adaptive to team's working environment & company culture
Have mindset that it is necessary to report for unknown things/matters
