Drafts Person (Open for DN and HCM City)

- MyTeam is currently seeking technically skilled and motivated Drafts person at all levels to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be interpreting architectural and engineering drawings to create accurate, high-quality drafting documentation for U.S. residential and commercial projects
* What You'll Do:
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings for quantity and material estimation and drafting purposes.
- Produce accurate technical drawings and construction documents based on architect/engineer specifications and U.S. building standards.
- Use CAD software (primarily AutoCAD; Revit is a plus) to prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations, and other technical views.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, and annotations across all drawings.
- Collaborate with team members, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure all documentation aligns with design intent and project requirements.
- Respond promptly to internal or external queries to prevent delays in design or construction timelines.
- Maintain consistency and clarity in drawing sets while adhering to U.S. codes and drafting conventions.
- Participate in drafting-related process improvement and internal projects as required.
- Work independently or as part of a distributed team to deliver tasks on time and to standard.
- Other tasks assigned by Managers.
