E-Commerce Business Supervisor/ Manager

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Business Manager/Supervisor to oversee and grow our e-commerce channels. This role focuses on optimizing business performance, managing operations, and creating strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. E-Commerce Operations Management
Develop and implement business strategies for e-commerce platforms (website, e-commerce marketplaces, apps, etc.).
Monitor business performance and propose solutions to improve sales and profitability.
2. Manage E-Commerce Operations
Ensure smooth operations across product management, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service.
Work with partners and suppliers to improve service quality.
3. Marketing and Product Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute advertising campaigns and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
Manage product content, images, and optimize user experience.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect and analyze e-commerce data to provide insights and propose strategies.
Prepare periodic reports on business performance.
5. Team Management
Guide, train, and supervise the e-commerce operations team to meet objectives.
