The E-Commerce Executive grows The Body Shop website business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the digital platform. He/She conducts data analysis to generate data-driven market insights. He/She ensures smooth operation in the e-commerce business. He/She must be collaborative and results-oriented. He/She must be technology-savvy and able to operate well under pressure.
✓ Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
✓ Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
✓ Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service.
✓ Execute activities driven by data analytics.
✓ Implement the customer loyalty programmes.
✓ Implement the e-commerce activities.
✓ Manage a diverse service environment.
✓ Manage the operations for good service.
✓ Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
✓ Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
✓ Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
✓ Prepare insights report on the data-mining outcome.
✓ Provide specialised knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.
✓ Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights.
Yêu cầu
- At least 1-3 years of experiences in similar role
- Details oriented with strong sense of work prioritization
- Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning, independent and innovative
- Pasion for Ecommerce, love online shopping and eager to learn
- Must be well versed with Microsoft Office
- Those experienced in the fashion/beauty retail industry will have added advantage
- Able to communicate and write well in English
