E-commerce Intern

POSITION SUMMARY:
As an E-commerce Intern, you will assist in managing daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in marketplace management, campaign execution, customer service, and cross-functional coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in daily operations across e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
Support campaign setup, voucher management, and platform promotional activities.
Monitor order status and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment.
Handle basic customer inquiries and assist in resolving customer issues across platforms.
Track shop performance and prepare reports on sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
Research market trends, competitors, and best-selling products to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with the Affiliate team on product information, campaign materials, and KOL/KOC collaborations when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Basic knowledge of E-commerce or Marketing is a plus.
Basic understanding of online marketplaces and social media platforms.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage
