We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven, and digitally savvy E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online revenue performance, digital distribution channels, and hotel e-commerce strategy.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maximizing online room revenue, enhancing brand visibility, driving direct bookings, and ensuring strong performance across OTA, hotel website, metasearch, and
digital marketing platforms.
This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality e-commerce, revenue optimization, OTA management, digital consumer behavior, and online reputation management.
1. OTA & Distribution Management
• Manage and optimize hotel presence across OTA platforms including [protected info], Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka, [protected info], and other distribution channels.
• Monitor rate parity, inventory availability, content quality, promotions, and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales teams to maximize online revenue performance.
• Analyze OTA production, pick-up trends, conversion, and market share performance.
• Implement OTA campaigns, flash sales, and tactical promotions to drive occupancy and ADR.
2. Website & Direct Booking Optimization
• Oversee hotel website performance, booking engine, SEO basics, and conversion optimization.
• Work closely with digital agencies and internal teams to enhance direct booking performance.
• Ensure website content is accurate, updated, visually appealing, and conversion-focused.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase direct bookings and reduce OTA dependency.
3. Digital Marketing & Online Visibility
• Coordinate with marketing teams/agencies to optimize digital campaigns performance.
• Monitor digital KPIs including website traffic, conversion rate, CPC, ROAS, and booking performance.
4. Content & Online Brand Management
• Ensure hotel content across OTA and digital channels remains updated, attractive, and brand-consistent.
• Optimize hotel descriptions, room content, imagery, promotions, and guest-facing digital information.
• Coordinate photography, video, and promotional content to strengthen online brand positioning.
5. Reputation Management
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews on OTA, Google, TripAdvisor, and social platforms.
• Analyze guest sentiment and collaborate with Operations teams to improve guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strong online reputation scores and review response standards.
6. Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on online revenue, OTA production, conversion, pickup, digital campaign performance, and market insights.
• Analyze competitors' pricing, promotions, online positioning, and digital activities.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue and online visibility.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Reservation, or OTA Management within hotels or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of OTA extranet systems, hotel booking engine, channel manager, CRS, and PMS.
• Understanding of hotel revenue management, online distribution, pricing strategy, and market segmentation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO basics, and reporting tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and performance orientation.
• Preference will be given to foreign candidates with hospitality e-commerce experience
