A DYY Operations Leader in Innovative Hub will act as a liaison, mentor and resolve any emerging problems that our Alibaba customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Overall responsibility and accountability for apart activities related to DYY Team operation, development and management in HCMC Branch. This role is to facilitate the planning, development and implementation of all operation activities in consultation with the Head of the department.

1. Account Operations
2. Answering Buyer's inquiries
3. Quote RFQ
4. Finding potential buyers for the customer
5. Upload products and keep optimizing them to have a better traffic
6. Analysis of customer account performance every month
7. Working with other countries and company branches
8. Dealing with other departments to solve problems
Leader role:
1. Assign new account for the team member
2. Following the KPI
3. Optimize the operation procedure
4. Training new staff
5. Keep updating the latest e-commerce trends both B2C and B2B
6. Responsible for the efficient and professional daily operation of the whole team
7. Build short-term and long-term plans
8. Ensure well-functioned administrative procedures
9. Develop measurement tools, as well as change and communications programmes, to continuously improve the adoption of best practices throughout the organisation
10. Work as a translator for leaders when required
11. Hosting event as requested
Yêu cầu
1. Proficient in English is a must
2. Enthusiastic, honest, and responsible
3. Experience in Import and Export field is a plus
4. Priority has experience in the same position
5. Ability to work independently and withstand high work pressure
6. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint especially Excel skills
7. Effective communication and teamwork skills
8. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
