MM Mega Market Vietnam is looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of E-commerce initiatives across our application, website and online channels. This role will work closely with the E-commerce, B2B, OM, Marketing and Store teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Performance:
- Provide knowledge and experience collaborating with E-commerce department to define operational requirements for a comprehensive platform, improving customer experience through seamless functional workflows.
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure smooth operations on the application, website, and others online channels.
- Lead the execution of all campaign/promotions that requires well running throughs online channels.
- Keep on track with market trend to ensure the application/communication is highly attractive to users and easy to execute.
Operations Supporting:
- Collaborate with B2B, OM, MKT to ensure correct assortment in use to build up traffic to E-commerce channels.
- Ensure good campaigns that fit customer demand and competitiveness in the market.
- Manage daily operations to ensure implementation efficiency including the correction of all updates, offers, assortments, troubleshooting and improvements.
- Conduct training and create training documents, guideline to store team to enhance customer experiments and team conduction.
Analytic and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth, sales, efficiency.
- Tracking, following up all relevant reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirement:
- University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in E-commerce with a specific focus on user growth, performance marketing, and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
- Up-to-date knowledge of user growth, performance marketing, and SEO best practices and industry trends.
- Ability to lead and coach store team as well as collaborate with different cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Zone B, An Phu - An Khanh New Urban Area, An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
