Job Description
Responsible for operating and developing online sales channels specializing in K-POP Official Merchandise (MD) across multiple international markets. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about K-POP culture, have a strong business mindset, and are interested in developing a career in e-commerce.
Manage and operate online stores on platforms such as Shopee and Qoo10 across multiple countries, selling official K-POP merchandise (albums, lightsticks, photocards, official goods, etc.);
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance and propose strategies to drive business growth;
Create and optimize product listings, and manage promotional programs and advertising campaigns across platforms such as Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, etc.;
Provide customer support through platform chat, including product consultation, answering customer inquiries, and enhancing the overall shopping experience;
Plan and manage K-POP merchandise pre-orders, while monitoring release schedules and market demand;
Conduct regular price monitoring and reporting to ensure competitive pricing strategies across both online and offline sales channels;
Research and analyze K-POP market trends and consumer behavior, particularly trends surrounding popular and high-demand MD products.

Yêu cầu
Requirements
Fluent in Korean or English, with proficiency in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms, with the ability to manage and coordinate a team;
Good understanding of the operational processes of platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.;
Candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience are preferred;
Candidates with strong potential but no prior practical experience are also welcome. The company provides training and development opportunities;
Preference will be given to candidates who are available for long-term business trips or assignments at the company's office in Korea when required.
