E-commerce Warehouse Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven E-commerce Store Manager to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and inventory management. You will be responsible for building scalable operational processes, managing warehouse teams, and ensuring efficient operations to handle 500 to 5,000 orders per day while maintaining service quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate processing and on-time handover of orders to delivery partners.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock receiving, issuing, tracking, and monthly reconciliation with the Finance & Accounting team.
• Ensure accurate picking, complete packing, and proper labeling to minimize order errors, damaged goods, and return rates.
• Develop and optimize SOPs and operational workflows to handle high-volume orders efficiently, from 500 to 5,000 orders per day.
• Manage warehouse staff, shift scheduling, manpower planning, task allocation, and team performance.
• Manage warehouse and fulfillment P&L, monitor operational expenses, and optimize cost per order.
• Utilize OMS, WMS, ERP, and reporting tools to monitor orders, inventory, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with E-commerce, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance teams to plan sales campaigns, forecast order volumes, and ensure sufficient manpower and operational supplies.
