1. LMS (Learning Management System) Management: Support training manager and
designers with Courses and system set ups:
Maintain expert knowledge of the LMS capabilities and configurations.
Setting up courses, branches, user profiles and programs. Configuring tests, exams.
Design and implement workflows in the LMS to meet Program requirements
2.Records maintenance: Create and maintain user Data, courses and exams in the system. Track and audit system data accuracy.
3. Reporting:
Extract data from the system and generate Learners reports
Structure learners' reports for other teams to update.
4. Team support:
Document and maintain procedures and guidelines for operations team.
Train, guide and advise users on how to operate the system and become more autonomous.
Propose improvements and new ways of operating the system
Participate in Ad-hoc automation projects.
Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, HR or IT.
2-3 years professional experience. Prior experience Learning Management System set ups is a must.
Good written and verbal command in English, to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Asia.
Digitally proficient: you can work with multiple web Application. Power Automate is a plus
Detailed oriented: you can spot problems in large excel files
