Role Summary
The Learning Solutions Coordinator supports the development, localization, deployment, and maintenance of digital learning solutions. Working under the guidance of the OneSource Academy Supervisor and Learning Solutions Specialist, this role provides hands-on support across eLearning production, multilingual content adaptation, LMS administration, learner onboarding, and project coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Localization & Multilingual Content Support
Collaborate with native speakers and subject matter experts to review and refine terminology lists used for machine translation.
Ensure consistent use of approved terminology across languages, modules, and courses.
Quickly learn and apply internal localization tools and workflows to generate machine translations of eLearning content across multiple formats, including SCORM courses, subtitles, on-screen text, and graphical elements.
Import and integrate translated content into authoring tools (e.g., iSpring), video files, and other eLearning assets, ensuring correct formatting and structure.
Perform post-editing of machine-translated content to improve clarity, accuracy, and natural language flow.
Incorporate feedback from reviewers and subject matter experts into final outputs.
Ensure localized content preserves the original learning intent and instructional structure.
2. eLearning Production Support
Build and update eLearning courses using approved authoring tools such as iSpring.
Support course maintenance, content revisions, and version updates.
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and consistency.
Configure courses, curricula, learning paths, assessments, and user groups within LMS platforms.
Test courses across platforms and devices prior to deployment.
3. Delivery & Coordination
Support Learning Solutions Specialists and project leads in meeting project timelines and quality requirements.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and learning assets in SharePoint and related systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Communicate progress, challenges, and dependencies proactively.
