Mô tả công việc
Support the Account team in searching, contacting, and working with suitable KOLs/Influencers for campaigns.
Help collect quotations, negotiate fees, and coordinate bookings with KOLs/Influencers.
Work with KOLs on contracts and campaign-related documents (signing, sending/receiving, storing, etc.).
Work with brands/client for campaign-relates Documents Works (Providing Quotation Emails, Contracts, Acceptance Certificate, ....)
Follow up on campaign progress to make sure KOLs post on time and with the right content.
Support campaign reporting (track performance, capture posts, collect data, etc.).
Do other tasks as assigned by the line manager/leader
Yêu cầu
3rd-year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business Administration, etc.
Interested in working with KOLs, influencer marketing, and advertising/communication industry.
Good time management, communication skills; proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn.
Basic skills in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint.
Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Experience working with KOLs or at an agency is a plus.
