In this eCommerce Partnership Manager job, You will be responsible to set up new business models, define the right promotional pricing, right SKUs mix, right combo assortments, right trade investments and excellent execution of e-Picture of Success (ePICOS) in each platform. They will also carefully track and measure the success of each of their accounts, leveraging data analysis skills.
About the eCommerce Partnership Manager:
In this role, you will be responsible for the key account management of new eB2B pure players like Vinshop, Telio, etc, and drive market share growth for the company via these platforms. You will be responsible to set up new business models, define the right promotional pricing, right SKUs mix, right combo assortments, right trade investments, and excellent execution of e-Picture of Success (ePICOS) in each platform. They will also carefully track and measure the success of each of their accounts, leveraging data analysis skills
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Partnership Growth
Sell the company brands and unique value propositions to existing eB2B pure players in strategic regions
Establish and grow relationships and implement joint online business planning with eB2B partners
Implement ePICOS (e-Picture of Success) of official company stores across all digital platforms to optimize availability, affordability, visibility, placement, and promotions
Manage the eB2B pureplayers budget to drive the highest ROI of our activities
Internal Stakeholder Management
Deliver integrated campaign planning, execution, and evaluation in online channels with strong collaboration across sales & marketing
Drive P&L accountability and continuous optimisation assisting with unit-economic analysis and path to profitability analysis
Drive a data driven way of working
Establishing new data views and metrics to support the business and providing suggestions for improvement throughout the value chain
Build online shoppers understanding through strengthening data sharing approach in each partnership
Identify performance adoption and identify opportunities to grow online revenues
To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience with and deep understanding of different players in the online retail landscape.
Key Requirements:
Five years of sales or brand management experience in the consumer product industry. Understanding of traditional RTM as well as develop mainstream products in the grocery channel
Two years' experience in the online industry, related to FMCG products; must have proven experience in developing, executing campaigns & promotions to drive traffic and sales in Vietnamese online retail
Past experience working as a key account manager or marketing solution manager in digital platforms or working directly with digital partners (e-wallets or Food Delivery) will be an advantage
Capable in integrated commercial planning and able to identify opportunities to create and accelerate demand in online environment
Excellent verbal and written - English- communication skills
Strong negotiation & motivation skills
Strong capability of execution
Cross-functional team collaboration skills
Good knowledge of online retail industry, competitors, customers and trade dynamics
Good problem-solving skill
