ABOUT US:
Based in New York, Sirius Ventures is a fast-growing ecommerce company specializing in Beauty, Travel, and Home products. With a robust presence through our own branded websites and on major platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, we proudly own and manage a diverse portfolio of ecommerce brands, including notable names like Beauty Goodies and Finessy. We are expanding our Vietnam Rep Office and want to build a talented Vietnamese team to help grow our brand portfolio. Join us and together we will bring amazing products and brands to life in the USA!
THE ROLE:
As the Ecommerce Specialist, you will act as the linchpin between our founders and our dynamic team, driving the execution of our e-commerce strategy to new heights. **The exact title of the role (Ecommerce Specialist/Manager) will be determined based on the successful candidate's professional experience and qualifications.**
KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning & Reporting: Collaborate with our founders to develop and implement cutting-edge e-commerce strategies that align with our company's vision and growth objectives. Regularly analyze latest trends and generate comprehensive reports on key performance metrics across all functions.
- Product Lifecycle Coordination: Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle from initial sourcing to inventory management. Work closely with supply chain partners to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure a consistent supply of quality products.
- Operations Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce stores across platforms, customer service, fulfillment, and the creation and maintenance of product listings.
- Sales & Growth: Contribute to driving online sales and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies, SEO, conversion optimization, and influencer partnerships.
- Executive Support: Assist executives by providing strategic planning assistance, master task list, communication coordination, and schedule management etc.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (product development, marketing teams etc) to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to achieving company goals.
- Others: Undertake projects and tasks as directed by leadership, demonstrating a commitment to overarching goals and the flexibility to meet emerging needs.

Yêu cầu
- 2-3+ years comprehensive experience in e-commerce strategy, marketing, and advertising. Familiarity with the U.S. market and platforms like Amazon, Shopify or similar is preferred
- Skilled in utilizing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Strong team collaboration skills, capable of inspiring a team, with a flexible approach to evolving business needs.
- Proven ability in providing support to senior executives, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic capabilities, with an innovative mindset and the ability to adapt strategies based on market insights.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at collaborating across teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
