🚀 [HIRING] International E-Commerce Specialist | Bluezon Global | HCMC
Bluezon reached $14M GMV in 2025 and is targeting $21M in 2026. We build Vietnamese-made Home & Living brands and sell them on Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify and Alibaba to customers in the US, Canada and Australia.
We're looking for an International E-Commerce Specialist to run marketplace operations and help drive that growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
🔹 Marketplace Management
Run daily operations on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center
Work with the Media team to optimize product listings
Coordinate new product launches and catalog updates
🔹 Sales & Business Planning
Build monthly sales plans and forecasts
Manage pricing and promotional campaigns
Monitor inventory and plan replenishment with Supply Chain
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, competitors and market trends
🔹 Advertising
Plan, run and optimize Amazon & Walmart PPC campaigns
Do keyword research and track ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR and CPC
🔹 Reporting & Collaboration
Prepare weekly and monthly business reports
Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Customer Service and Finance
Propose process improvements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, E-commerce or a related field
✅ At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce or Digital Advertising. Amazon/Walmart experience is preferred, and we provide training
✅ Good English (TOEIC 550+ or equivalent)
✅ Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets. Helium 10 is a plus
✅ Analytical and data-driven, with strong ownership and attention to detail
