We are looking for young talents to join us in Mondelez Kinh Do Vietnam in leading the future of snacking!
The Edge Stars Program is a South East Asia-wide development program for top university graduates. During the program, Edge Stars will be rotated to different functional positions, that will anchor their breadth and depth of knowledge and hands-on experiential development. Each rotation will challenge limits and potential, as the Edge Stars dives into learning the secrets of our business with an assigned Buddy, while collaborating with a diverse regional team.

Who are we looking for?
Fresh graduates with minimum of Bachelors' degree
Excellent academic standing preferably with minimum GPA of 7.0 / 10 or similar
Evidence of having been in student leadership position
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership experience in extra co-curricular activities and projects
Willing to be assigned anywhere in Vietnam during and/or after the Edge Stars Program
What functions can I apply?
Commercial (Sales, Marketing, Category Planning & Activations/ CP&A)
Finance
Mondelez Supply Chain (Manufacturing and Customer Service & Logistics / CSL)
