Education Consultant (Tư Vấn Khoá Học) - Fresh/Junior

Point Avenue is a character development-focused ed-tech company based in Hanoi, Vietnam. To engage the youth and raise awareness on the issue of sustainability across Vietnam through a public speaking event, Point Avenue Vietnam, with the patronage of Netflix and the US Embassy, organizesSpeak to Inspire, Vietnam. All the activities will help the participants enhance their public speaking, debating skills and develop community-led initiatives, sustainability, and cultural appreciation.
An internship at this project is a great way to develop professional skills for the future. Our dynamic, energetic interns can expect to gain valuable, efficient experience related to leadership, business, project operation, and communication with different stakeholders. Our interns will be assigned the primary role of logistics support.
Consultants are the backbone of our programs. You are key support personnel whose primary responsibilities lay in being specialists and program subject matter experts within their assigned programs, providing customer relations assistance to parents and students, liaising them with teachers and managers.
Working schedule:
● 5 days/ week during regular Fall & Spring term (off Mon & Thu or Tue & Fri)
Working hours:
● Spring/Fall:
○ Weekday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
○ Weekend: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
● Summer/Winter: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
● Working time will be discussed and agreed upon with the supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Sales & Enrollment
- Follow-up to convert from potential lead source to meet the pipeline & final sales target
- Arrange diagnostic tests and meeting with customers;
- Consult prospective students and their families to offer the suitable course based on customers' needs, and students' information
- Receive customer payments and hand over cash balance and documents to the Accounting Department
2. Customer relation management
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Timely communicate feedback with the internal team and make suggestions to improve the organization
- Provide good after-sales service to have a high parent/ student referral source
3. Administration
- Arrange classes for students;
- Translate and interpret feedback/program information to support teacher teams
- Collaborate with teachers to conduct parent-teacher conferences
- Organize and assist in PA exhibitions/workshops and other educational events.
4. Other tasks assigned by the first-line supervisor.
