Actively promote Tesla's educational programmes to prospective families, both locally and internationally.
Manage the full admissions sales cycle - from inquiry to application to enrolment - with a strong focus on conversion rates.
Provide an outstanding customer experience for every prospective parent and student, including prompt follow-up and ongoing relationship management.
Conduct school tours and presentations that effectively highlight Tesla's IB programmes, facilities, and student achievements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, inquiries, and conversions in the admissions system.
Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets as set by the Head of School/Marketing Committee.
Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, events, and community outreach activities aimed at generating leads
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to inform sales strategies
Ensure every interaction reflects Tesla's values, educational philosophy, and commitment to excellence.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
At least 3 years in the same position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese
Proven track record in sales
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and persistent in follow-up
Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.
Experience in an international school setting is a plus (+)
Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework is a plus (+)
