Mô tả công việc

1.1. Counseling

Counseling prospective students and their families regarding study opportunities overseas (Australia, US, UK, NZL, Canada and Singapore).
Providing information on foreign institutions to students either face-to-face, online or over telephone.
Providing course counseling, visa counseling and assistance in visa application, welfare arrangement for underage students.
Following up student applications and keeping students informed on the outcome of institution offers and visa applications.
Assisting institution representatives at the seminars/events and doing interpretation works when required.
Maintaining good rapport to students, their families, partner institutions and the visa offices.
Completing other duties assigned by direct manager.

1.2. Customer Service

Dealing directly with the leads/students either by phone, online, email or face to face.
Providing necessary, accurate and timely information to the customers and suppliers.

Yêu cầu

University degree holder
Very Good Command of English - equivalent IELTS overall score of 6.0 or above
Counseling experience in education is a plus
Interpersonal skills
Communication skills - verbal and written
