EHS Senior Officer/ Nhân Viên Cấp Cao Môi Trường- Sức Khỏe- An Toàn - Work in Nui Thanh, Da Nang

• Ensure all work are safe & compliance with OSH, ISO1400, CSR (including but not limited to RBA standard regulations).
• Review, develop, implement and improve the company EHS procedures to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and other requirements.
• Ensure all Environment, Health, and Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulation are adhered to and are regular reviewed, updated & communicated.
• Ensure compliance to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standard and initiatives within department.
• Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated, and propose / recommend for improvement.
• Ensure security procedure & standard are follow such as emergency - fire alarms, injuries, chemical spillage.
• Ensure safety inspection are carried out fire drills, fire alarms are correctly reported. Oversee the company's fire alarm system, emergency and rescue equipment.
• Safety inspection, risk assessment and working procedure are managed and employees are aware their responsibilities - Behavior Based Safety (BBS). Implement safety campaigns and practises to promote and inculcate safety culture within the company.
• Established a full program documented Environment, Health & Safety Inspection, Customers and CSR audits, and established structural program Safety Training throughout the company.
• Maintain, update and retain relevant records, documentations and certifications as required under the regulatory authorities and other requirements.
• Facilitates the incident investigation and work closely with area owners to close the Corrective / Preventive Actions.
• Create and maintain an emergency response system.
• To implement and effective Environment, Health & Safety management.
• Develop training materials on Safety and Emergency and conduct.
