Mô tả công việc
Supervising all EHS - firefighting activities at the BU
Have the responsibility of having the final investigation report of accident/ incident on EHS in the whole BU
Have responsibility for reporting EHS activities frequently (daily, weekly, monthly)
Hold monthly meetings with the whole BU and track actions
Managing all activities and taking responsibility for goals at factories
Conduct meetings and evaluate new machinery projects and improvement projects before putting them into operation with the relevant Head of Departments.
Monthly report on EHS implementation results of each BU / factory
Work with related dept heads and solve problems that arise at these BUs beyond the reach of EHS specialists.
Supervise the activities of the Emergency Response Team at the BUs and organize periodic drills according to regulations
Develop annual EHS targets for the whole BU.
Develop goals and action plans for the EHS department.
Develop new procedures/regulations on EHS of TTIVN.
Budgeting and management do not exceed the limited EHS budget.
Planning internal and external training annually.
Supervise and monitor to overcome all audits of FM Global, SMETA, BSCI, ISO45001, ISO 14001 ...
Deploying and supervising activities EHS programs for the whole BU.
Deploying and supervising 5S of the factory.
Others assigns (if have).
Yêu cầu
Academic: Labour safety, environment engineering, Electrical or mechanical engineering.
Years of experience: At least 4 years.
Special knowledge: BSCI, ISO 14k, ISO 45k, Risk assessment, Environment management.
Other skills: proactive, strong leadership, teamwork, good communication skills.
