Mô tả công việc
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team and support the design, quotation, and production of control cabinet systems for mass manufacturing. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with both local and international teams to ensure technical accuracy, cost efficiency, and product quality.
** Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer drawings and prepare quotations, including labor estimates and component costs by coordinating with suppliers.
- Design 3D assembly models and wire harness drawings based on customer schematics to support mass production.
- Develop wire harness fixtures and build load
testers tailored to control cabinet requirements.
- Advise QC team on specifications for electrical component inspection.
- Utilize ERP software for project and documentation management.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the US engineering team to report progress and discuss tasks.
- Simulate wire connections and create detailed drawings for wire harness separation and integration.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
** Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role, with at least 1 year in mass production or manufacturing.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong ability to read and interpret schematic and engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with electrical components such as PLCs, relays, contactors, SSRs, power units (e.g., Schneider, Omron, ABB).
- Familiarity with UL standards, especially UL508.
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem analysis.
** Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in control cabinet maintenance.
- Knowledge of work instructions and operational methods.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Vault, Inventor Wire Harness.
- Awareness of document control procedures.
