Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Electronics R&D Manager ($1400, ID17878)
Handle all issues related to product development.
Communicate with customers regarding production and inspection of new products.
Identify, confirm, and implement improvements from the initial stage to final approval.
Manage, inspect, and evaluate product reliability, and prepare reports accordingly.

Male. Under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar R&D managerial role
In-depth knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and proven experience collaborating with major clients such as Apple, SDC, or SDV.
Strong technical background in one or more of the following areas: FPCB, TAPE, SIP, EPOXY, SMT, or SOLDERING - with FPCB expertise being a significant advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab.
Excellent skills in reporting, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
