Become a Global Marketer-From the Heart of Vietnam

At Wowsuite, we don't just follow trends-we create them. We're a global eCommerce company working with some of the most exciting direct-to-consumer brands in the United States. Now, we're inviting a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our Vietnam office and take campaigns to the next level.
You'll launch performance-driven email campaigns, work directly in English with international teams, and gain real-world experience helping U.S. brands grow online.
What You'll Do
• Plan, build, and execute automated and one-off email campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, promotions, and lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.).
• Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to maximize relevance and conversion.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling email creatives aligned with brand voice and visual identity.
• Conduct A/B tests (subject lines, content, CTAs, send times) and optimize based on performance results.
• Ensure high deliverability rates by monitoring list health, managing unsubscribes, and implementing best practices.
• Work with CRM/ESP tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Iterable) to manage campaigns and workflows.
• Track and analyze key metrics (open rates, CTR, CVR, revenue per email, unsubscribe rates) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends, email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and emerging best practices.

What You Bring
• Experience managing email campaigns for digital products, eCommerce, or international markets
• Hands-on skills with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or Iterable
• A balance of data-driven thinking and creative writing to drive real results
• Strong English communication (written and spoken)-IELTS 6.5 or equivalent or higher
• A commitment to detail, performance, and growing your skills every month
