FA boasts a team of experts with decades of experience in C/C++ programming and the development of embedded systems for automobiles.
Responsibilities
Embedded Development:
• Design, develop, and optimize embedded software for automotive applications.
• Implement software components based on AUTOSAR architecture and ensure integration with ECUs.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration between software and hardware components.
• Debug and troubleshoot software to resolve development and operational issues.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to industry standards, including MISRA and AUTOSAR guidelines.
Testing and Validation:
• Create, execute, and maintain unit and integration tests for software components and ECUs.
• Analyze test reports, provide feedback, and report bugs to the software and system teams.
• Execute Polyspace to identify and fix issues related to MISRA coding conventions.
• Use CANoe and CAPL scripts to simulate CAN messages for testing purposes.
• Manage and automate test scripts to support continuous integration and deployment.
Configuration and Simulation:
• Configure AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) and manage integration into the system architecture.
• Simulate real-world scenarios to validate the performance and reliability of embedded systems.
Your Skills and Experience
Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in Automation Testing and Embedded Development for Automotive software.
• Proven experience in developing and testing embedded software components for ECUs.
Technical Skills:
• Strong coding skills in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Proficient in AUTOSAR architecture, BSW configuration, and integration.
• Experience with Polyspace for code analysis and compliance with MISRA coding standards.
• Proficient in CANoe and CAPL scripting for CAN message simulation.
• Familiarity with managing and automating test scripts for continuous integration.
Language Skills:
• Good at English.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of additional automotive testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE).
• Experience in debugging embedded software and hardware integration issues.
Nice to have:
• Experience in the automotive industry or with embedded systems.
• Knowledge of Lean practices and other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
