The Job
- Take over, maintain and develop the IVR solutions for Korean Customer
- Co-working with customer to taking over the core technical of IVR system in depth
- Maintain existing system and develop under customer's requirements
- Collaborate with team to delivery reliable software on time based on project milestone.
- Handle technical problems, and report progress, and work results to the technical leader.
- Generate reports, communicate with local managements and head quarter.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanics and Informatics or equivalent
- [Mandatory] Have 3 years above of experience in software development in C++ Language
- [Mandatory] Have experience in Linux Environment
- [Prefered] Have experience with one of stacks: SIP, IVR, VoIP , ACE Framework
- [Prefered] Have experience with JIRA, GIT, GERRIT
- [Preferred] Have ever worked in Korea
- [Mandatory] Good at C++ Language.
- [Mandatory] Good at OOP and Design patterns.
- [Mandatory] Have knowledge in multi-thread, multi-process programming (IPC, socket, dbus, shared memory ...)
- [Mandatory] Abilitiy to communicate in English.
- [Prefered] Have knowledge in network layers
