Embedded Software - Delivery Manager (Joining Bonus)

- Bachelor or master's degree in Electrical, Electronics or in Automotive Engineering
- 10+ years of experience, including 4+ years of working in automotive industry (SW development experience) & 2+ years leadership experience.
- Good engineering sense, fast technical understanding & high quality mindset
- Familiar with automotive engineering process & quality system incl. comprehensive knowledge on automotive and safety standards (Ex. ISO16949, ASPICE, ISO26262, etc...)
- Good in communication & experience with international engineering set-up
- Significant experience in embedded SW development
- Positive leadership and capability to lead a team of - 10-15 employees / Good Team Leadership and Team development experience.
- Good strategic thinking
- Excellent English both in oral and written.
