Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Employee Engagement Exectutive (Logistics, 1200 USD, ID17455):​​​​​​
Plan and execute company events: Organize and manage various company events, including team-building activities, social gatherings, campaigns, and the year-end party.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives: Plan and implement CSR activities to encourage employee participation in community service.
Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining quality.
Visual Design & Promotion: Design promotional materials, including posters, invitations, and campaign visuals.
New Employee Onboarding: Welcome and assist new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Recruitment & Documentation Support: Assist in the recruitment process by summarizing documents and compiling key information.
Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by senior colleagues.
Requirement
Female, Under 40 years old
Bachelor's degree in related field Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources
Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, in charge of planning and budgeting for large and small events for Global companies.
Fluent in English
