Essential functions:
On-boarding and Off-boarding
Support the on-boarding process including Preparation for new comers, ... is conducted accordingly.
Event organization
Support internal events: to company trip, year-end party, happy hour program, sports tournaments, monthly sports activities, and team building activities
Conduct monthly/quarterly employee awarding ceremony
Employee relation
Support & Do employee survey
In charge of giving benefit of Birthday, sickness, ...
Conduct regular employees' opinion
HR Admin
Ensure the relevant admin tasks are performed accordingly.
Other tasks are assigned by direct supervisor and/or CPO
